Role Description As COO, you will be responsible for building and maintaining operational excellence across the entire company. Operations sit at the heart of Luo: payments execution, treasury, customer support, and compliance. You will act as the central point ensuring all these functions operate seamlessly together. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role. You will both oversee day-to-day operations and drive major operational improvements across the business. You will work closely with the founders to define priorities, execute key projects, and structure the company for scale. Key Responsibilities - Operational Leadership - Oversee all operational functions: payments, treasury, support, and compliance. - Ensure smooth execution of daily operations at scale. - Maintain high standards of accuracy, reliability, and speed across all processes. - Align teams and ensure strong coordination between functions. - Operational Excellence & Process Improvement - Identify inefficiencies and improve operational workflows. - Lead initiatives to automate and scale operations. - Define and implement best practices across teams. - Monitor performance through KPIs and continuously raise the bar. - Project Management & Execution - Lead major operational projects. - Ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality. - Strategic Contribution - Work closely with the founders on company strategy and priorities. - Help define the next steps in scaling operations across markets. - Bring structure to decision-making and execution at company level. Qualifications - Strong experience in operations leadership, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services. - Proven track record of building and scaling operational systems in fast-growing environments. - Ability to manage multiple functions (ops, support, compliance, treasury) simultaneously. - Strong execution mindset: able to go from strategy to implementation. - Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.

Role Description The Donor Services Officer is pivotal in ensuring the organization's sustained financial success by overseeing and enhancing the donor experience. The Donor Services Officer is responsible for ensuring an excellent donor experience through accurate gift processing, timely acknowledgment, and responsive communication. Qualifications - Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally, to foster connections within MoveOn’s staff, donors, and potential donors to address inquiries and identify stewardship opportunities. - Exhibit composure under pressure, prioritize timely outreach, and effectively communicate the impact of supporters’ generosity. - Prioritize data as a crucial element for experience evaluation and understanding supporters, triaging between frontline supporter relations and back-end program management. - Have interest in fundraising, marketing, and supporter retention with a focus on donor and community-centric relationship-building. - Be skilled and thoughtful regarding nuanced communication related to race, gender, class, and other aspects of identity in your internal and external communications. Requirements - A minimum of 3 years experience in a customer facing role. - At least 1 year of vendor management experience. - Previous experience in nonprofits, fundraising, electoral campaigns, or call centers is preferred but not required. - Experience in donor CRMs, and online ticketing software is a plus, but not required. - Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. - Experience in handling confidential data and financial information. Join our Team About this opportunity: The role involves providing comprehensive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) support and guidance within the assigned project(s). The position ensures compliance with legal, customer, and internal EHS requirements. It includes leading EHS initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in safety practices within the assigned project(s). The skills you bring: - Bachelor's degree with scientific background (Engineering is preferred) - NEBOSH certification. - Robust understanding of compliance requirements, monitoring guidelines, and standards. - 5-7 years of validated experience as Safety Manager/Officer. - 3 years of experience in Telecommunications and field maintenance operations is must. - ISO 45001 lead auditor, ISO 14001 lead auditors are desirable. - Proven record of leading a small team. - Proven experience in conducting formal incident investigations and RCA. - Experience in Emergency Preparedness, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity. - Knowledge and experience in developing and deploying behavioral safety programs to address health and psychosocial risks would be preferred. - Proven experience in evaluating, monitoring, and EHS performance tracking of contractors. - Experience in developing Health & Safety documents (e.g. OHS plans, risk assessments, method statements) - Risk Management skills. - Professional reporting, and presentation skills. - Excellent communication, persuading, and influencing skills. - Team player who can build and maintain internal & external relationships.
