Role Description Prometric is seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist in the creation and review of test questions across a range of academic and professional disciplines for college/university-level DANTES Subject Standardized Tests examinations (DSST). As an SME, you will work closely with Prometric’s test development team to ensure the content accuracy, relevance, and quality of DSST test items. This role is remote and will involve periodic assignments and virtual collaboration via Prometric’s online item authoring system, including scheduled conference calls between October 2025 and November 2026. • Lead and mentor Project Engineers while also serving as a hands-on technical contributor across multiple BESS projects • Manage relationships with Owner’s Engineers, Engineers of Record, and Independent Engineers, including oversight of TEI/IE diligence activities • Provide direct technical guidance by reviewing designs, proposals, and engineering documentation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and alignment with project scope, constructability, and schedule requirements • Drive engineering execution by participating in project meetings, validating basis of design, and resolving technical issues in partnership with project managers, construction managers, and development engineering • Manage commissioning activities by coordinating engineering deliverables, resolving technical issues during energization and testing, and ensuring the BESS system meets performance, safety, and ISO/RTO compliance requirements • Maintain and manage engineering logs (issues, RFIs, submittals), assign responsibilities with clear deadlines, and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership in a concise, fact-based manner • Lead efforts to standardize and optimize end-to-end project engineering processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the portfolio • Evaluate and recommend engineering expenditures and resource allocations to support project execution and organizational priorities • Support project management and HSE teams in developing and executing site-specific safety programs, participating in planning and hazard analyses, and serving as a technical resource for safety concerns.

Role Description The Manager, Application Development will be a part of the transformational journey to deliver a best-in-class transactional automotive retail and marketing systems to support AutoNation’s business lines, across all channels. This role requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to partner with both business and technical teams to deliver strategic goals. The Manager, Application Development will manage one or more delivery teams and is responsible for the planning, design and delivery of business-critical projects. This includes defining the team structure, staffing the teams, and developing resources. In addition to design and delivery responsibilities, the Manager, Application Development must develop strong relationships with business stakeholders. This requires partnering with business teams to develop requirements that enhance business capabilities and enable AutoNation’s strategic initiatives. The position must collaborate with business sponsors and stakeholders to present projects and roadmaps to IT leadership.
