Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP certified
- Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
- 5 – 7+ years managing IT projects dealing with Software Development (SDLC)
- Experience working within an established PMO process
- Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors
- Experience managing 3rd party support vendors
- General Project/Practice Related Competencies Project /Practice Management
- Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience
- US Department of Transportation and/or Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration experience is a MUST.

BILINGUAL PROJECT MANAGER, ENTERPRISE ONBOARDING (HYBRID) Montréal, Quebec, Canada THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL Base Salary: $72,521.00 - $109,341.00 The Project Manager, Enterprise Onboarding, is a client and advisor-facing role that works closely with and directly supporting all lines of business – including Insurance, Administration and Health – in the onboarding and implementation of new business. This is an important role that develops and executes project plans designed to onboard new clients / plan sponsors and partners of varying sizes and complexity. This role plays a critical role in ensuring that new clients/advisors are onboarded in accordance with our service delivery model and quality standards, while delivering a positive and impactful customer experience. The Project Manager also leads business or strategic projects as required and supports with procurement activities, by providing support on RFPs and proposals as well as participating in finalist presentations.
