Key Responsibilities - Evaluate and monitor AI-generated content in German to identify harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material. - Ensure GenAI content adherence to trust and safety policies and regulatory requirements. - Work collaboratively with AI developers, policy makers, and moderation teams to improve content safety protocols. - Develop and execute strategies to maintain high standards of content accuracy and ethical compliance. - Analyze trends and prepare reports on content safety matters and emerging risks. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote responsible AI usage and awareness. • Develop and implement digital content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across BJAK’s digital channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital content marketing and implement innovative strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment of content initiatives with overall business objectives • Prepare regular reports on content performance and present findings to key stakeholders • Ensure all content reflects BJAK’s brand voice, messaging, and quality standards

Role Description The Content Coordinator supports the planning, development, review, and maintenance of CITI Program’s educational content, including courses, webinars, and podcasts. This role coordinates content workflows, peer review and editorial processes, content translations, accreditation and attestation requirements, and content updates to ensure accuracy, quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all offerings. Duties/Responsibilities: - Coordinate the planning, development, and maintenance of CITI Program courses, webinars, and podcasts across the content lifecycle. - Support content leads in organizing project timelines, deliverables, documentation, and cross-functional communication for new and existing content initiatives. - Manage and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to content development, review, updates, and retirement. - Coordinate peer review processes, including reviewer identification, distribution of materials, tracking feedback, and facilitating revisions. - Coordinate editorial review processes, working with internal stakeholders and external editors to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines. - Manage content update workflows, including version control and documentation. - Coordinate the translation of content, including managing vendors, budget, timelines, and quality review of translated materials. - Coordinate content review and documentation required for IACET accreditation and continuing education compliance. - Manage administrative and documentation requirements for CITI Program’s TransCelerate attested courses, including coordination with internal teams and external partners. - Assist in planning and executing content launches, including preparation of internal documentation and coordination with production, marketing, and support teams. - Track content status, milestones, and dependencies to support transparency, reporting, and continuous improvement across content operations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience supporting content development, editorial, documentation, or project coordination. - Demonstrated experience coordinating workflows involving multiple stakeholders. - Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. - Proficiency with common collaboration and document-management tools. Requirements - Remote U.S. location. - Some travel as applicable to attend conferences and assist in content development. - Physical demands include operating in a remote office environment, occasional field work, and the ability to see, talk, hear, and be mobile.
