Digital Content Manager

BJAK

• Develop and implement digital content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across BJAK’s digital channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital content marketing and implement innovative strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment of content initiatives with overall business objectives • Prepare regular reports on content performance and present findings to key stakeholders • Ensure all content reflects BJAK’s brand voice, messaging, and quality standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-execution environment
  • 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or similar roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns
  • Deep understanding of digital channels, content strategies, algorithms, and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital analytics tools to track performance and measure ROI
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines

Role Description The Content Coordinator supports the planning, development, review, and maintenance of CITI Program’s educational content, including courses, webinars, and podcasts.
