Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 2-4 years of direct, hands-on capture management or federal capture support experience
- Experience supporting VA, HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, CDC, or other health agencies preferred
- Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions
- Experience participating in capture gate reviews and color team processes
- Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as application modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, or interoperability
- Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office tools
