Manager, Revenue Cycle Transformation

• Support the execution of strategic initiatives across the revenue cycle • Drive coordination, organization, and accountability across cross-functional teams • Serve as a central point of coordination for transformation efforts • Maintain visibility, manage timelines, and ensure consistent follow-through across all active workstreams • Partner closely with leadership to drive results • Maintain a centralized tracker of all revenue cycle transformation initiatives • Ensure all projects have defined owners, timelines, and next steps • Monitor progress and proactively follow up on outstanding deliverables • Coordinate and facilitate weekly and monthly project meetings • Prepare agendas, capture notes, and document action items • Partner with operations, technology, and analytics teams to ensure alignment • Prepare regular status reports and dashboards • Support standardized templates and tracking tools
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of revenue cycle experience with strong project/program management focus
- Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement, and system implementations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure accountability across teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong follow-through and accountability mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools
