• Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration management. • Manage Agile delivery frameworks and scale processes across teams and stakeholders. • Own project execution against contract/service order, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes. • Translate complex healthcare and RCM requirements into actionable plans and deliverables. • Develop and maintain project artifacts: charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans, best practices, and lessons learned. • Track and report progress using tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and others. • Proactively manage risks and issues, driving resolution through stakeholder collaboration. • Prepare and present governance reports, OKRs, KPIs, and executive dashboards. • Coordinate across product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery. • Oversee transition to production support and manage post-go-live activities including ticket resolution. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos. • Serve as a subject matter expert in project management and Agile delivery within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology.
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience.
  • Proven experience in RCM workflows, payer-provider integrations, and value-based care models.
  • Hands-on experience with large system implementations, especially EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Proficiency in project management and Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Rally.
  • Experience with healthcare data formats: CCDA, HL7, FHIR.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SQL, BI tools, and automation concepts.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with government healthcare programs is a plus.
  • Arabic Speaking: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) for day-to-day stakeholder and client communication.
  • Based in KSA: Candidate must be from and currently located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • AI Hands-On (Preferably Claude): Demonstrable hands-on experience using AI assistants and LLM-based tools in day-to-day program management work, preferably Claude, to drive automation, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Jira Hands-On: Strong, hands-on Jira experience including building boards, workflows, JQL queries, dashboards, and reports for live program execution.
  • Agile & Strong Project Management Concepts: Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum/SAFe and core project management fundamentals — scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, change control, and governance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage senior client and internal stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and drive alignment across business and technical teams.

During a Typical Day, You’ll Responsibilities - Ability to Influence, lead successful projects and a strong team mentality is the forefront of this role. - Manage medium to large, and complex projects (typically multiple projects in parallel), with direct accountability for project schedule, scope, budget, and quality. - Assisting GPMO to champion and support project governance. - Act as central point of contact both client and internal teams (including multiple PMO’s) for assigned project(s). - Partnering to determine structure of project teams, identify resources required, and staff projects appropriately. - Coaching and mentoring project team members around project management methodology and sharing lessons learned. - Creating and maintaining project plans (WBS and Gantt) to ensure quality deliverables. - Contributing to RFX creation and potentially contributing to SOW creation. - Risk identification and mitigation (including escalation management). - Identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues.
