Qualifications - 1–3 years in an outbound sales, BDR, or SDR role with a clear quota or activity target. - Demonstrated comfort with high‑volume cold calling and outbound email. - Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and modern outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft). - Proven track record of hitting and exceeding monthly KPIs. - Comfort prospecting across multiple verticals; exposure to HOA, rental, or other owner‑operated industries is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Requirements - You are relentlessly consistent — outreach gets done every day, no excuses. - You are a sharp, empathetic communicator who builds rapport with founders quickly. - You treat the CRM as your operating system, not an afterthought. - You bring a continuous‑improvement mindset and a desire to use AI and automation to multiply your output. Benefits - Base Pay: $55,000 annually + Uncapped Commission - Estimated OTE: $75,000 - $110,000 annually - Competitive pay - Excellent benefits package - Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match - Unlimited PTO
