• To identify and qualify, execute outbound campaigns through various channels (calls, emails). • Successfully schedule initial sales meetings and ensure high demo attendance rates. • Conduct early-stage discovery conversations and effectively handle initial objections. • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and accurately update pipeline status. • Research, validate, and enrich prospect and company data using leading sales tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Gemini) • Accurately update and maintain lead records in the CRM in line with Motive standards • Qualify, nurture, and convert prospects through outbound outreach and tailored communications • Actively participate in peer-reviewing Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) to ensure quality standards. • Attain and maintain all required certifications relevant to the role.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in b2b,b2c sales/data operations, or equivalent work experience
- Experience or strong interest in outbound sales, prospecting, or lead enrichment (SaaS or technology sector experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online research platforms preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
