GFT Technologies
• Desenvolver e manter aplicações Java • Java & Spring Expert: Domínio de Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, Spring Data e Spring Security. • Arquitetura de Microsserviços: Experiência sólida em comunicação síncrona (REST/gRPC) e padrões de resiliência (Circuit Breaker, Retry). • Mensageria & Eventos: Vivência com Kafka, RabbitMQ ou AWS SQS/SNS para processamento assíncrono.
Job Requirements
- Experiência com desenvolvimento em Java e DevOps
- Vivência com arquitetura de microserviços;
- Persistência de Dados: Experiência com bancos relacionais (PostgreSQL/Oracle) e não relacionais (DynamoDB ou MongoDB).
- Ecosystem AWS: Conhecimentos em AWS Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3 e CloudWatch.
- Cultura DevOps: Experiência na criação e manutenção de pipelines de CI/CD (Jenkins ou GitLab) e Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

• evolve our current automation systems to a robust, fault-tolerant framework • handle external interface changes gracefully and scale across dozens of new categories with minimal manual intervention • report directly to our co-founder/CTO • lead incremental refactoring of our existing automation systems • design and implement new standards and pair with engineers to ensure the new system is predictable and testable • shift towards using an AI-first approach to building the next generation of internal tools
