Sales Operations Supervisor, Bid Reporting

• Guarantee the accuracy of all sales report requests and ensure that deadlines are met, quality is consistent and information is delivered to the correct user base • Manage a team of two associates through hands-on coaching and consistency of expectations • Balance short-term and long-term needs with equal resolve in managing the generation, analysis, distribution and feedback life cycle of all reports • Interpreting customer requirements and coordinating with various internal teams to produce effective and efficient reports and analyses • Manage bid lifecycle • Review new bid report requests and respond to Bid team in a timely manner • Create and/or lock Condition Contracts in SAP for bids and Merch Certs • Maintain SAP bid table for customer default bids • Maintain bid reports list with accurate due dates and fee amounts • Ensure team is meeting all reporting and payment deadlines • Create and manage SOPs to ensure business continuity with re-assignments • Monitor all reports produced by the Sales Ops team

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in a Sales Ops or Analytics department is preferred
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or similar subject; relevant business experience will also be considered
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar software
  • Strong team-building and staff development skills, including an aptitude for building relationships, understanding team dynamics, taking initiative and solving problems
  • Strong planning, organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Query and of extracting data from a variety of systems and tables

Role Description Twilio is seeking a Fast Track Operations Specialist to join the team that runs Twilio’s personalized onboarding team globally. This role will work directly with customers to help them onboard A2P their a2p numbers with 1:1 customer engagement. Fast Track Onboarding Specialists are the personalized onboarding experts under the A2P onboarding org.
