Senior Data Analyst

CI&T

• Prepare, ingest and integrate data from multiple sources related to AI usage, including events, logs and metrics. • Perform exploratory analyses to identify adoption patterns, user behavior and risks in AI usage. • Build dashboards, reports and scorecards that translate technical data into clear views for different audiences. • Collaborate with product teams to define metrics, dimensions and events for AI monitoring. • Document business rules, data requirements and indicator logic, ensuring governance and traceability. • Present insights in a structured manner to technical and business stakeholders. • Support product evolution based on data analyses and feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy or PySpark.
  • Familiarity with notebooks like Jupyter or Google Colab.
  • Experience with data visualization using Power BI, Matplotlib or Seaborn.
  • Ability to tell stories with data, translating analyses into actionable insights.
  • Interest in or knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, LLMs and their applications in enterprise environments.
  • Analytical curiosity and autonomy to investigate problems.
  • Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.

Title: Data Analyst- Psychometrics Location: Remote, United States Job Description: About the Role: You will perform programming and data analysis for the Psychometrics and Research team. You will participate in several aspects of the statistical analysis work for both operational procedures and research. You will help implement systems and procedural process improvement. You will report to the Director - Psychometrics and Research. You will be 100% remote. You Will: - Perform item calibration and item analysis procedures and prepare reports for Psychometric review. - Prepare Quality Control and trend analysis reports prior to release of exam scores and perform initial review. - Perform ad hoc data analyses upon request. - Partner with Psychometricians on data preparation for research projects. - Help test systems enhancements and other process changes. - Revise and create SAS macros and other software programs (e.g., Panel building) for operational work.
