Title: Associate Manager - GEC Inbound Location: Durham, North Carolina, United States Hybrid Job Description: About the Role: You will lead a team of our GEC (Global Enagagemet Center) Advisors and be responsible for positive engagement with our members. As a people manager, you will 'on-board' and manage your team. Your team represent the Association as the first contact for our prospective students, active students, and members throughout the world. You will report to a GEC Senior Manager and use a hybrid work schedule. You Will: - Deliver a high-quality member experience and quantitative productivity. - Manage the team and ensure that they are motivated and engaged to deliver performance in all areas - Identify coaching opportunities for your team, based on quality and customer feedback, communicating actions within the team - Ensure your team has the skills to deliver an excellent member experience and that they are aware of the value of their contribution to the Association. - Plan and oversee the movement of resource between teams to ensure that peak periods across the teams are balanced. - Assign and manage work channels. Ensure that there is resource to manage the different channels in response to changes in demand. - Meet the performance goals set against metrics, such as revenue target and number of calls handled. Title: Data Analyst- Psychometrics Location: Remote, United States Job Description: About the Role: You will perform programming and data analysis for the Psychometrics and Research team. You will participate in several aspects of the statistical analysis work for both operational procedures and research. You will help implement systems and procedural process improvement. You will report to the Director - Psychometrics and Research. You will be 100% remote. You Will: - Perform item calibration and item analysis procedures and prepare reports for Psychometric review. - Prepare Quality Control and trend analysis reports prior to release of exam scores and perform initial review. - Perform ad hoc data analyses upon request. - Partner with Psychometricians on data preparation for research projects. - Help test systems enhancements and other process changes. - Revise and create SAS macros and other software programs (e.g., Panel building) for operational work. Title: Senior Manager - Business Analysis - Dynamic Audit Solution Location: United States Job Description: About the Role: You will strategic requirement management and advanced user story development for DAS and related solutions. You will collaborate with multiple colleagues and Agile teams. You will communicate complex methodological and technical requirements between methodology and custom development team representatives. This collaboration will ensure seamless feature definition and agreement on the DAS. This role is instrumental to help develop an AI-assisted requirements definition pipeline. You wil report to the Senior Director - DAS Product Management. You will use a 100% remote work pattern. You Will: - Collaborate with executive partners and senior management to elicit high-level strategic requirements, ensuring agreement on organizational goals and industry best practices. - Champion strategic requirement management by collaborating with product owners, subject matter experts, and Agile development teams to prioritize requirements for DAS features. - Manage the product backlog, working with DAS Product Owners to ensure feature prioritization and delivery. - Lead the development of comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artifacts to communicate requirements to development teams. - Use advanced modeling techniques to enhance the clarity of user stories, facilitating deeper understanding by development teams. - Leverage, maintain and evolve the DAS AI-assisted requirements pipeline to improve requirements quality through embedded system knowledge, AI-tuning and process improvement. - Provide leadership in Agile development processes, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and priorities across Agile teams, and pre-emptively addressing potential questions or requirement needs. - Lead efforts to advocate for using new techniques for improved story definition, use of AI, development of user scenarios and better test cases.
