• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple, simultaneous technical and business initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizational policies. • Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution to ensure successful delivery. • Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues early; establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting standards. • Communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels, providing status updates, risk assessments, and recommended actions tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Build strong relationships across teams to ensure accountability and alignment on project goals. • Partner with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure technical requirements are integrated into broader project milestones. • Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and implementing best practices across the project lifecycle. • Conduct 'lessons learned' sessions to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous organizational learning.
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in technology-driven environments.
- 2-3 years of cybersecurity experience, specifically with knowledge of Google SecOps.
- Strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR and MDR technologies with the ability to manage security operations onboarding projects.
- Hold a PMP certification and have a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the interpersonal savvy to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
