We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of our custom mausoleum projects from proposal through installation. This is a part-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-trust, high-responsibility environment and is comfortable working with discerning clients and their representatives. Job Purpose: The Scaffold Laborer - Roustabout performs various tasks in support of scaffolding services in accordance with all safety, environmental and operational practices and policies and procedures. The Scaffold Laborer - Roustabout performs duties under the supervision of Scaffold Lead associated with the erection and dismantling of various types of scaffold for use by other crafts. Essential Job Functions: - Assist competent scaffold builders in the construction, erection, maintenance and dismantling of scaffold per OSHA, ADOSH, and client specifications. - Assist in the handling of multiple scaffold systems including construction grade lumber and patented pre-manufactured scaffold components. - Duties will vary according to project needs, but may include clean-up, heavy labor such as transporting, handling, and stacking scaffold components, operating equipment or working with and assisting skilled or semi-skilled crafts in the performance of their tasks. - Preparing surfaces or installation areas in preparation of building scaffold in differing conditions, both interior and exterior work areas. - Willing to learn and develop skills in other craft areas to improve the crew's performance. - Comply with specifications requirements in scaffolding and mechanical applications. - Assists with the examination of work and materials for compliance with specifications. - Attend various technical, developmental and safety training. - Assists with the performance of safety and scaffolding component integrity inspections. - Demonstrate adherence to established safety policies and procedures and accept accountability for safe work practices. - Demonstrate support for the company's environmental management system.
