Role Description We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for professionals experienced in executive assistance, office administration, calendar coordination, travel planning, expense review, procurement support, and structured administrative workflows. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured executive support review, administrative workflow analysis, scheduling coordination, travel documentation, expense and procurement review, office support processes, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their administrative expertise to review realistic workplace scenarios, evaluate requirements and priorities, prepare structured written outputs, and support accurate, evidence-based administrative workflow tasks. Key Responsibilities - Executive Support & Scheduling Review - Review administrative scenarios involving calendar triage, meeting prioritization, multi-timezone scheduling, availability constraints, and executive support workflows. - Evaluate scheduling decisions against defined priority rules, feasibility constraints, travel windows, preparation needs, and stated preferences. - Support structured review of agendas, meeting plans, travel schedules, calendar updates, and executive coordination materials. - Identify missing information, scheduling conflicts, required confirmations, and expected next steps. - Travel, Expense & Procurement Support - Review scenarios involving travel booking, itinerary planning, expense reports, purchase requests, approval rules, and policy-based documentation. - Evaluate expense packages and procurement requests against defined limits, required fields, approval criteria, and documented policies. - Support structured review of travel options, budget constraints, reimbursement materials, purchase workflows, and administrative records. - Prepare clear written outputs based on source materials, requirements, and verifiable criteria. - Office Administration & Workflow Coordination - Review office support scenarios involving service tickets, owner routing, document filing, taxonomy-based organization, and administrative process flows. - Evaluate service requests, filing structures, owner maps, documentation packets, and workflow decisions against defined criteria. - Support structured review of office operations materials, async communication workflows, task trackers, and administrative documentation. - Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, senior administrator, administrative coordinator, operations coordinator, personal assistant, or related support professional. - Experience with one or more areas such as principal-level calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, corporate travel planning, expense review, procurement support, service ticket routing, document filing, or async communication workflows. - Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Gmail, Google Calendar, Concur, Expensify, Ramp, Navan, TravelPerk, Notion, Asana, Monday, Airtable, or similar administrative systems. - Comfort reading and preparing administrative artifacts such as itineraries, agendas, expense packages, purchase requests, service tickets, filing taxonomies, and coordination notes. - Strong written communication skills and ability to explain administrative decisions clearly. - Ability to follow structured instructions and produce evidence-based work. Educational Background - A degree or professional background in business administration, office administration, communications, hospitality, project coordination, management, or a related field is helpful. - Equivalent practical experience in executive assistance, office management, administrative support, travel coordination, or workplace coordination is also highly relevant. Nice to Have - Experience supporting executives, founders, senior leaders, or busy principals in high-volume administrative environments. - Experience with expense systems, corporate travel platforms, procurement tools, service ticketing systems, or administrative workflow tools. - Familiarity with multi-timezone coordination, async communication practices, calendar optimization, office operations, or document organization. - Experience preparing or reviewing itineraries, agendas, expense reports, purchase requests, service tickets, or administrative trackers. - Strong attention to detail in communication-heavy, schedule-heavy, and documentation-based environments.
