• Perform in-depth data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies. • Develop and implement data quality checks, rules, and metrics using appropriate tools and techniques. • Automate data quality checks and reporting where feasible to enhance efficiency and scalability. • Create and maintain data quality dashboards and reports to monitor data health and track improvements over time. • Investigate and diagnose the root causes of complex data quality issues. • Create Jira tickets and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure issues are resolved with proper RCA and remediation plans. • Identify opportunities to improve data quality processes, workflows, and tools. • Communicate data quality issues, risks, and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for data quality within the organization. • Proactively identify new data validations/checks to improve data quality.

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les courtiers partenaires de GASQ, les clients ainsi que les assureurs afin d’assurer l’entière satisfaction de la clientèle dans leur relation globale avec GASQ. • Prendre en charge les différentes étapes du processus de vente de l’assurance collective, notamment : Analyser les conditions de souscription ou de renouvellement, les négocier avec l’assureur et émettre une recommandation. • Présenter directement au client les conditions de souscriptions ou de renouvellement et la recommandation dans certains cas. • Rencontrer les clients prospectifs pour les renseigner sur l’assurance collective et déterminer leurs besoins lorsque requis. • Animer des rencontres d’information à l’intention des employés à l’occasion. • Maintenir des relations productives avec les assureurs. • Contribuer à trouver des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés par les clients en collaboration avec le reste de l’équipe et l’assureur. • Être pro-actif et anticiper les besoins des courtiers et clients. • Adapter son discours à une clientèle ayant différents niveaux de compréhension de l’assurance collective. • Représenter GASQ lors de différents événements de l’industrie. • Sur demande, effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes pouvant relever de ce poste.
