Role Description The Bread Collections Associate will assist customers who are behind on payments, helping them to become current. Contact customers professionally and respectfully to discuss payment options and create manageable repayment plans. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to working with customers to find solutions that benefit everyone. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate records and adhering to all relevant regulations. - Professionally contact customers via phone to arrange account updates and resolve outstanding balances. Adhere to internal policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience and compliance with FDCPA and state regulations. - (40%) - Demonstrate exceptional empathy and communication skills to build rapport and navigate challenging customer interactions. Collaborate with customers utilizing strong communication and analytical skills to develop realistic and manageable solutions for bringing accounts current. - (30%) - Investigate, research, and track consumer information using skip tracing tools, adhering to data privacy regulations. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all customer interactions, account activity, and collection efforts. Ensure 100% data integrity in CRM system documentation for all customer interactions. - (20%) - Proactively identify opportunities to streamline collection processes and enhance team efficiency. Role Description The Time Collection Specialist serves as a partner to our branches by intercepting and collecting all the weekly time records for the branch associates.
