Location: Twinsburg, OH or Cincinatti, OH (required) - onsite presence as needed, primarily remote but must be local to one of these areas Responsibilities Requirements Leadership & Process Design - Lead discovery through structured workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walk-throughs to capture business goals, pain points, and success criteria. - Develop and document current-state and future-state process maps using Lucidchart, ensuring clarity across business and technical teams. - Translate business needs into clear, testable delivery artifacts, including: - User stories and epics - Acceptance criteria - Business rules and exception handling - End-to-end workflow definitions - Drive alignment on scope and priority, ensuring requests are well-defined before work begins.
