• Support the management of defined benefit administration accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and growth. • Work with clients and leadership to help implement business strategy, service models, and operational priorities. • Help ensure business units meet SLAs, performance metrics, and service delivery standards. • Assist in initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiencies, and system enhancements. • Support accurate documentation of client requirements, plan provisions, and operational details to aid effective account management. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships and high levels of client satisfaction. • Contribute to the development and review of performance reports, KPIs, and operational metrics. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and client contractual obligations. • Assist in planning, implementation, and execution of business continuity plans (BCP) for defined benefit operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of client-facing or client support experience, preferably within defined benefit, defined contribution, or pension administration.
- Experience supporting teams within BPO and/or call center environments in benefits administration.
- Strong background in defined benefit and/or defined contribution plan administration, including operational support and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills.

Role Description Imagine360 is seeking a Eligibility Administrator to join our team! The Eligibility Administrator is responsible for maintaining eligibility on behalf of assigned client groups in a precise and timely manner. The Eligibility Administrator is required to meet eligibility production standards set by the eligibility leadership team by processing the required transactions throughout the day, week and month for assigned workload. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED - 2-4 years of operations experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Environmental Practice Group. This role will be responsible for account receivable and account payable duties within our group, from start to finish. It is a dynamic position that requires a person to work well under pressure and who enjoys a fast-paced environment where they can think independently and make decisions. • Administrates the end-to-end process of reviewing and creating customer or legal agreements • Prepares, reviews, and modifies customer agreements • Works with Sales and Sales Operations Teams on RFP, RFI and bid responses • Acts as a liaison with Corporate Legal Department for legal agreements • Tracks and maintains existing agreements database, notifies owners of updates • Ensures compliance obligations related to customer agreements • Collaborates with sales team for optimal customer satisfaction • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required
