Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Position Details: From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing! - Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. - Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. - No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. - Opportunities for rewards and recognition. - Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time.
