Requirements - 5+ years of experience in web strategy and brand planning. - You have a proven ability to translate high-level brand narratives into high-performing, impactful web experiences for global companies. - Complexity to simplicity: A strong background in brand strategy with a unique ability to take a complex, multi-layered product and distill it into a simple, intuitive, and human-centric web journey. - Leadership experience: 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring team leads. You know how to develop talent and drive a team toward a shared strategic vision. - Cross-functional mastery: Proven ability to lead and influence hybrid teams (Content, Design, Dev, Product, Data).
