• Act as the escalation point for complex or high-volume searches, solving challenges through direct mentorship, as well as hands on delivery. • Lead end-to-end delivery of talent searches for complex client portfolios, setting the gold standard for quality and candidate experience. • Lead regular client update meetings to discuss talent searches and needed considerations for our clients. • Design and implement advanced sourcing and engagement strategies, ensuring our internal workflows and TA tech-stack are optimized for maximum agility. • Partner with client leadership to diagnose talent challenges, offering data-backed insights to build sustainable pipelines that align with their long-term goals. • Handle recruitment escalations and process discipline, allowing leadership to focus on broader operational and growth initiatives. • Manage internal tracking of talent strategy team capacity, escalating challenges and capacity needs to Chief Integration Officer as they arise. • Maintain robust reporting and analytic dashboards for both individual and programmatic client talent acquisition requests, ensuring that our data-driven philosophy is always represented.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience serving in a TA Lead or Manager role required.
  • A background in both corporate and consultative environments highly preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of modern ATS platforms, advanced sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing strategies required.
  • Past demonstrated experience recruiting for roles at all levels of an organization required, ideally across multiple domains or departments.
  • Experience implementing talent acquisition workflows required.
  • The ability to maintain rigorous process discipline across diverse client portfolios while thriving in a high-speed environment.
