Role Description Forhyre is seeking an experienced DevOps engineer with experience in cloud architecture/environments. The ideal candidate will have strong development, engineering, communications, and leadership abilities. - The DevOps Engineer will manage development teams and provide experienced oversight to develop our clients' critical tools and networking/cloud capabilities. - You will have the opportunity to apply DevOps techniques to emerging cloud technology and influence the next generation of innovative networking while designing the cybersecurity defenses for this emerging environment. - As a technical leader, you'll work with the team to meet the most demanding challenges of 21st Century computing and cybersecurity. Qualifications - Experience with Cloud-native architectures and Zero Trust - Experience with commercial Cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP - Experience with Kubernetes, including maintaining unclassified and classified networks - Knowledge of identity management - Top Secret clearance - HS diploma or GED Requirements - Experience with government Cloud - Knowledge of Hardware in the Loop - TS/SCI clearance - BA or BS degree

• Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines across applications and platforms • Drive DevOps strategy implementation and standardization across teams • Build and evolve DevOps frameworks, templates, and reusable components • Integrate code quality, security, and testing into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps) • Enable automation across build, test, deployment, and release processes • Collaborate with engineering teams to support microservices and cloud-native delivery • Manage and optimize DevOps toolchain (GitHub, Jenkins, JFrog, SonarQube, etc.) • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and promote platform engineering practices • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of DevOps platforms • Drive observability, monitoring, and incident response improvements • Mentor teams and promote DevOps culture, best practices, and shift-left approach • Support release management, production deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Integrate enterprise tools and platforms into GitHub, Azure DevOps, and DevOps CoE ecosystem • Act as the central authority for toolchain integrations and platform enablement • Design and implement scalable, reusable integration frameworks and patterns • Govern security and infrastructure integration requests ensuring compliance • Collaborate with architecture, cloud, security, and engineering teams for seamless integrations • Enable centralized platform capabilities for multiple application teams • Support onboarding of new tools and technologies into the DevOps ecosystem • Ensure integrations meet scalability, reliability, maintainability, and auditability standards • Provide guidance, documentation, and enablement support to engineering teams • Continuously improve integration processes, tooling, and platform efficiency

• You'll have real ownership and latitude to shape how developer security works at 1Password. • Setting the technical vision, driving the standards and controls that engineering teams rely on, and building a well-run program that scales with the organization. • This role works in close partnership with Infrastructure Security. • Own the DevSecOps function: You'll have the latitude and mandate to build a well-run, properly owned developer security program at 1Password. • Lead the program to harden 1Password's GitHub Enterprise environment and CI/CD pipelines. • Define AI-assisted development security: As 1Password's engineering teams adopt AI coding tools and agentic workflows, you'll own the security model for how that happens. • Drive and work with partner teams on improvements to dependency hygiene, secret management practices, token governance, and secure package consumption across the engineering organization. • Build secure templates, baseline configurations, and developer-friendly guardrails that engineering teams adopt.
