• Strategy expert: You develop a smart sales strategy that advances our position as an education provider and increases awareness of our offerings. • Team leader: You lead and motivate our sales team — together you will acquire new participants and partners for our programs. • Relationship manager: You build long-term, strong relationships with partners, educational institutions, and key stakeholders such as the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) and job centers. • Sales booster: You develop creative sales initiatives, campaigns, and events to make our educational offerings more visible and attractive. • Analytics whiz: You keep a close eye on the numbers and optimize our sales performance with reports, forecasts, and analyses.
Job Requirements
- Sales experience: At least 5 years in sales, ideally in the education sector, recruitment/staffing, or EdTech.
- Leadership skills: Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate a team to achieve top performance.
- Networker: Passionate about sales and familiar with the most effective ways to acquire new customers and partners.
- Results-oriented: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
