• Diseñar, implementar y mantener soluciones de RAG y asistentes conversacionales usando Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, stores de embeddings y bases de datos vectoriales en producción. • Desarrollar y mejorar prompts para LLMs, aplicando técnicas de prompt engineering como prompt chaining, few-shot, system messages y evaluación iterativa de resultados. • Diseñar pipelines de ingestión y recuperación de datos: extracción, limpieza, transformación, generación de embeddings, construcción de índices semánticos y orquestación de consultas de RAG. • Integrar IA en arquitecturas de software , definiendo APIs, microservicios y patrones de despliegue (CI/CD, contenedores, infraestructura como código) en entornos Azure. • Evaluar y monitorizar calidad y seguridad de las respuestas de los modelos (tests, métricas, alertas), mitigando sesgos, alucinaciones y riesgos de privacidad. • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (producto, diseño, ingeniería, legal) para alinear soluciones de IA con objetivos de negocio y experiencia de usuario.
Job Requirements
- Licenciatura concluida en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Software, Matemáticas o afín.
- 3+ años de experiencia con Azure OpenAI Services.
- Experiencia en Prompt engineering avanzado (diseño, evaluación, optimización).
- Uso de LLMs en casos reales (generación, análisis, automatización).
- Inglés fluido (lectura y comunicación técnica) indispensable.
