Archer
• Serve as the voice of the customer and user and advocate for platform usability, performance, and scalability, UX, and accessibility. • Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for platform features, technical products, and infrastructure improvements. • Work closely with developers and QA to ensure technical solutions meet user needs and business objectives. • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning meetings. • Conduct user journey mapping and feedback sessions to refine workflows, reduce friction, and enhance platform value. • Prioritize feedback, bugs, changes based on customer / user needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Content, and Technology, Sales, to troubleshoot technical issues and gather feedback. • Support the development and launch of new features, login options, enrollment flows, dashboards, and reporting tools. • Ensure product documentation and FAQs are current and technically accurate. • Participate in evaluating and integrating third-party tools and infrastructure components.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in product ownership or a technical product management role, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or platform development.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to partner effectively with engineers and designers.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and define user stories with clarity and precision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to align stakeholders and document product plans.
- Experience with agile methodologies, sprint cycles, and backlog management.
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills in dynamic environments.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, delivery, and user experience.
