Job Description

Endoluminal Sales Manager

Intuitive

• Manage the complex sales process of ION Endoluminal Systems into new hospitals • Build clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, marketing events and system test drives • Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of the ION Endoluminal System within an assigned sales territory • Effectively manage transition of initial sale and installation to the clinical sales team to drive procedural volume and growth • Extensive travel, approximately 70% • Achieve quarterly sales targets • Work with the Endoluminal Sales Director to develop a sales plan for the ESM’s local territory • Build advocacy teams at each hospital • Develop initial contact and relationship with CEO and senior hospital administrators • Organize and manage the sales process • Develop expert level knowledge of primary diagnostic bronchoscopy procedures • Make business case for system purchase

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years medical device sales experience
  • Knowledge of the endoscopy/bronchoscopy/operating room environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Bachelor’s degree required
