• Lead the Quality Assurance function across global operations • Develop and implement quality frameworks, scorecards, and audit methodologies • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Conduct audits and ensure alignment with FCRA and regulatory requirements • Drive root cause analysis and support corrective action planning • Standardize quality processes and maintain clear, consistent documentation • Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership on quality performance • Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality standards • Support training initiatives to strengthen frontline performance • Partner with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to enhance workflows • Own and optimize AI-enabled QA tools, including automated scoring and anomaly detection • Configure and refine prompt-based review logic and quality automation workflows • Support the ongoing enhancement of QA systems and automation capabilities

• Architect and break down ambiguous product problems into concrete, well-scoped test cases and test plans, owning work from design through production release. • Contribute to our AI-first engineering culture, share patterns, document what works, and help the team level up on how we build with AI. • Use AI tools fluently - Claude Code, Augment, or equivalent- to compress implementation time, then critically review everything that comes out of them. • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to identify gaps in specs, surface edge cases early, and push back when something isn't ready to ship. • Set the quality bar: well-structured, maintainable code; conduct thorough code reviews; maintain adequate test coverage; and catch bugs AI introduced before they reach production.

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts. • Perform **backend data validation**, including SQL-based testing of complex datasets, stored procedures, and ETL workflows. • Build and execute **API-level test suites** (e.g., Python-based or Postman-based frameworks). • Use **load and performance testing tools** (e.g., JMeter) to benchmark system stability, throughput, and scalability. • Create and maintain **UI automation scripts**, preferably using Cypress or similar frameworks. • Contribute to continuous testing within a** CI/CD pipeline**, collaborating with DevOps to integrate automated tests into release workflows. • Analyze test results, document defects, and work with developers to ensure resolutions align with quality standards. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing actionable QA insights and ensuring quality remains central to story development, sizing, sprint planning, and execution. • As needed, complete manual testing and contribute to automated UI tests (Cypress) to maximize testing coverage and effectiveness for your assigned modules. • Act as the primary quality control point for each production release. • Monitor and report on overall quality performance and trends for both pre-release and production defects.

• Develop and execute test plans and strategies that meet functional requirements, user stories, and user acceptance criteria. • Participate in release planning and product roll-out. • Perform hands-on manual and automated testing (both "black" and "grey" box). • Execute application, usability, functional, regression and performance testing for business applications in a client/server environment. • Review, author and maintain flexible and maintainable automated test scripts to support back-end QA automation. • Identify, track, and analyze recurring issues, bugs, and defects across multiple products; develop and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence. • Communicate product readiness, generation of quality metrics, level of quality, and results to Quality Assurance Management and the project team. • Proactively identify gaps in QA and testing processes, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
