Talent Acquisition Partner

Caris Life Sciences

• Directly source, recruit and coordinate the placement of top talent needed to support our leadership. • This will include sourcing for exempt and non-exempt positions. • Identify new and creative ways to source qualified candidates. • Negotiate offers of employment. • Coordinate on site interviews with leadership team and provide applicable follow up. • Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously across various metropolitan locations. • Participate in the full cycle recruitment process. • Develop ongoing relationships with hiring managers. • Assist as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Experience recruiting in several disciplines, ie. Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific roles, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, Legal, etc.
  • Strong background identifying appropriate candidates, calling candidates, screening candidates and drafting write-ups to send to leadership for review.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Applicant Tracking Systems and general working knowledge of Internet for business use.
  • Prior experience utilizing Workday.
  • Five + years of experience with high volume recruiting in a healthcare organization is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a process driven environment.
  • Candidate must possess the ability to proactively problem solve and manage open positions that require a strong attention to detail.
  • Drive outcomes based on persistence and passion for excellence.
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
