Role Description We are searching for an Inside Sales Manager & Performance Coach to develop, mentor and scale our dedicated and high-performing sales team (based in Montreal and remote across Canada/USA). This pivotal role ensures our team is expertly coached to connect with potential clients from social media and transform their inquiries into passionate customers, mastering the art of consultative selling while navigating intimate and vulnerable conversations with empathy and grace. Qualifications - At least 10 years of experience and a proven track record in high-ticket B2C sales ideally in luxury retail, wellness, beauty, or high-end hospitality. - At least 5 years managing and leading teams, ideally within a sales environment or a role with a strong focus on driving performance and KPIs. - A natural coach with a strong, motivating presence, capable of recognizing subtle behavioral patterns and elevating team performance through thoughtful, empowering feedback. - Fiercely metrics-driven with a deep passion for sales, conversion rates, and KPIs, holding yourself and your team accountable to high performance standards. - Proficient in designing and delivering impactful training programs, transforming complex psychological concepts into simple, actionable sales tools. - Outstanding listening capabilities and comfortable guiding a team through sensitive or vulnerable client conversations with professionalism. - Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable managing a hybrid team (on-site and remote).
