Senior Associate, Fund Administration – Core IS

Juniper Square

• Build knowledge of our evolving software and the real estate private equity industry. • Advance use of Juniper Square software to support our fund administration and investor services clients. • Perform workspace management tasks on behalf of our clients, including investor position creation and reviewing workspaces for accuracy and completeness. • Support customers during their fundraising process by understanding customer goals and timelines, articulating the value of Juniper Square software and processes. • Monitor customer health and provide feedback to internal teams. • Expert ability to communicate operational best practices to clients, while escalating any scope of work deviations to management. • Manage treasury related activities such as logging LP contributions and handling payments for clients. • Investigate payment breaks and chargebacks; coordinate with bank partners to resolve exception items and ad-hoc requests. • Identify and flag areas of improvement including operational controls, to team leads and/or managers

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in fund administration or investor services related roles

Role Description The Systems Support Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of software and platform administration in a fully remote, distributed environment. This role will be the primary point of contact for all end user support and liaise with Corporate IT Security and Global Help Desk resources to ensure ListEngage employees have access and appropriate use of necessary tools and software services. The Support Administrator will also be responsible for security policy compliance and change management within the organization.
