Role Description We are a rapidly expanding non-medical homecare company and have been in the industry for over 20 years, currently operating in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Missouri, Georgia, New Jersey, Indiana, and Michigan. As the company continues to expand within the country, we are looking to hire a Regional Assistant Administrator to assist our Regional Administrator. We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial person who has experience with Medicaid homecare and has had experience in home care management (not as a caregiver). The right candidate will need to have knowledge and experience of working with home care agencies within the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana. This position will report to the owners as well as the Regional Administrator. Qualifications - High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred - At least 3-4 years of experience working in a homecare agency with a focus on management - Strong understanding of Medicaid homecare, including state licensing and regulatory guidelines, and agency initiation/expansion Requirements - Must have a valid driver’s license and car - Be comfortable with traveling to various states where our offices are located - Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Proficient in Zoom meeting application - Tech savvy, with the ability to easily pick up new technologies Benefits - Paid Time Off - Health Insurance
Role Description This position will require speaking with potential clients/caregivers to explain the Medicaid programs through which the client can obtain a home care caregiver. - Sign up clients that are eligible for services to be referred to care management. - Continuous follow-up will be required until the client has been onboarded. - Direct sales experience is preferred; healthcare sales experience is a major plus. - Interact with potential clients and accurately explain our offerings. - MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN SALES TO BE CONSIDERED! - Knowledge of PA Medicaid programs is required. - You will not be responsible for gathering referrals; they will be provided to you. - Previous experience is a plus! Qualifications - Background in sales. - Knowledge of PA Medicaid programs. - Experience in healthcare sales is a plus. Requirements - Ability to interact with potential clients. - Experience in direct sales. Launch a New Mental Health Program in the US Complete Homecare | US (Hybrid / Remote) Complete Homecare is launching a new outpatient mental health program across the US and is seeking a Founding Behavioral Health Program Directors to build and launch the program from scratch. This is a startup leadership role for a licensed clinician who wants the opportunity to design and build a new behavioral health program. You will work with the leadership team of an established multi-state healthcare organization, but you will lead the development and launch of the your state's program. What You Will Build You will lead the creation of a new outpatient mental health program, including: - Assisting with state licensing and regulatory approvals - Developing clinical policies, procedures, and treatment protocols - Hiring and supervising licensed therapists - Establishing Medicaid and commercial payer compliance - Building the clinical team and program structure - Launching the clinic and overseeing operations You will maintain a limited clinical caseload while directing the program. Qualifications - Active state LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (must be licensed in the state you wish to work in) - 3+ years clinical experience - 2+ years supervisory experience - Experience with behavioral health program development or Medicaid compliance preferred Candidates interested in building and launching a new mental health program are strongly encouraged to apply.
