Role Description We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer with a strong sales mindset—someone who thrives in high volume outreach, isn’t afraid of cold calls, and knows how to engage passive candidates with confidence and persistence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the chase, excels at building relationships, and is motivated by measurable results. As a key partner to our recruiters and hiring leaders, you’ll generate top of funnel talent, create momentum in hard to fill searches, and bring a competitive, proactive approach to sourcing. Responsibilities - Drive high volume outbound sourcing, including cold calls, cold emails, and social outreach. - Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent across multiple functions. - Use a sales style approach to engage, persuade, and convert prospects into active candidates. - Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and market dynamics. - Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline movement to meet weekly and monthly goals. - Leverage sourcing tools, platforms, and creative strategies to uncover hard to find talent. - Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong value-based pitch. - Build and nurture pipelines of passive, niche, and diverse talent for both immediate and future hiring needs. - Identify and attract top talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, GitHub, and other digital platforms. - Map talent landscapes, gather competitive intelligence, and provide insights to recruiters and hiring managers on talent availability and competitor research. - Craft personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive professionals and convert them into active prospects. - Maintain consistent engagement with potential candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience even before a job is open. - Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate personas and adjust sourcing strategies based on feedback. - Research, analysis, and data mining to effectively support regional and service-based staffing needs. - Utilize CRM and ATS systems (e.g., LinkedIn, ICIMS, Indeed, etc.) to track candidates, ensure data hygiene, and measure source effectiveness. - Develop innovative, inclusive sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse candidate pool. - Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably. - Complete all other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Required to have Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources, information systems, or related field. At least five years of equivalent work experience is considered in lieu of degree requirements. - Required minimum three years’ experience related to talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting. - Required expert-level Boolean search proficiency. - Required hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. - Required working experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools. - Required exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a passion for “selling” career opportunities. - Required experience interpreting data to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates. - Preferred experience leveraging AI tools to support informed decision-making and to optimize or automate routine tasks. - Preferred advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, macros, pivot tables, and other advanced features. - Preferred working knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards related to recruiting. - Preferred previous experience in a home health or hospice setting. - Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening. - Demonstrated intermediate technology skills, especially MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential to achieve objectives. Benefits - Comprehensive insurance plans - medical, dental, and vision. - Generous paid time off – Up to 30 paid days off per year. - 401k retirement savings plan with match. - Basic life insurance at no cost to eligible employees. - Employee scholarship program. - Promote-from-within philosophy.
