C'est un rôle hautement transversal, à l'intersection des finances, du produit et des opérations, conçu pour quelqu'un qui souhaite prendre en charge la fonction — et non simplement la soutenir. - Superviser les positions de trésorerie mondiales quotidiennes pour plusieurs entités, devises et partenaires bancaires, en assurant des liquidités suffisantes pour une place de marché de voyage à volume élevé. - Élaborer et affiner des prévisions de flux de trésorerie à court et à long terme, en transmettant des mises à jour régulières à la haute direction pour appuyer la prise de décisions stratégiques. - Diriger la sélection et l'implantation d'un système de gestion de trésorerie (SGT), en favorisant l'automatisation et l'évolutivité des flux de travail liés à la trésorerie. - Surveiller les expositions aux risques de change découlant des réservations de voyage transfrontalières et contribuer à la conception et à l'exécution de stratégies de couverture pour atténuer les risques de devises et de taux d'intérêt. - Collaborer avec les équipes produit et ingénierie sur les flux de paiement, les nouveaux lancements de produits et l'expansion géographique. - Travailler avec les équipes FP&A et Comptabilité pour optimiser le fonds de roulement et harmoniser les prévisions à l'échelle de l'entreprise. - Agir comme point de contact principal auprès des partenaires bancaires mondiaux, en gérant les relations, les niveaux de service et les exigences de conformité, notamment les processus KYC, les ouvertures de comptes et les lettres de crédit. - Maintenir des contrôles internes rigoureux sur les activités de trésorerie et soutenir les initiatives de financement, y compris la conformité aux engagements liés à la dette et la production de rapports aux investisseurs. Qualifications - 4 à 7 ans ou plus d'expérience pratique en trésorerie, en finance d'entreprise ou en paiements dans un environnement mondial à forte croissance. - Expérience avérée en gestion des positions de trésorerie mondiales et des prévisions de liquidités pour plusieurs entités et devises. - Expérience dans la direction ou la contribution substantielle à l'implantation d'un SGT ou d'un processus de prévision automatisé. - Solide connaissance de l'infrastructure des paiements transfrontaliers (SWIFT, ACH, SEPA) et de la gestion du risque de change. - Compétences avancées en Excel et en modélisation financière; familiarité avec des plateformes SGT ou ERP (Kyriba, GTreasury, SAP ou équivalent). - Expérience dans la gestion autonome de relations bancaires, incluant la coordination KYC et la documentation de conformité. - Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les équipes produit, ingénierie et finance dans un environnement rapide et ambigu. - Curiosité pour les outils d'IA et d'automatisation appliqués aux opérations de trésorerie; expérience pratique avec SQL ou des LLM, un atout important. - Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité, économie ou dans un domaine connexe; MBA, titre CFA ou CTP, un atout. Role Description Responsible for the investigation of cases of fraud involving the use of electronic/cyber systems, debit and credit cards, new accounts, loans, account abuse, check forgery, elder abuse, suspected money laundering and check kiting, identity theft, and the like. Analyzes various reports to identify and limit potential fraudulent actions on customer accounts. Appears in court as a custodian of records and acts as a liaison with law enforcement. Qualifications - Spanish speaking is a plus. - Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. - A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
