Contracts Coordinator

Role Description Superviser les contrats annuels, analyser les augmentations de prix, entretenir et générer des rapports sur les réductions de coûts, mettre en œuvre et assurer le suivi de nouveaux contrats. Fournir un soutien pour les devis estimatifs, générer des rapports demandés et transférer des commandes pour leur traitement. - Identifier et fournir des prix pour les clients à des fins de soumission ou d’augmentations des prix. - Analyser les inventaires pour soutenir les contrats, les demandes et la fixation des prix pour les clients. - Considérer les niveaux minimums/maximums, le surplus, la consignation, le rachat, etc. - Analyser les marges de rentabilité des contrats majeurs et faire des recommandations pour optimiser leur rentabilité. - Aider le superviseur des contrats pour les devis estimatifs. - Sur demande, fournir des compensations des données de factures. - Établir et réviser la matrice de prix en fonction de chaque contrat. - Examiner les contrats annuels pour les augmentations de prix et informer les clients de ces augmentations. - S’assurer que les réductions liées à la protection des prix sont mises en œuvre et réclamées. - Assurer le suivi des conditions d’expiration de contrat et des processus de renouvellement. - Effectuer le suivi des cibles de réduction de coûts des comptes majeurs. - Développer et produire des rapports mensuels et trimestriels. - Produire des rapports ad hoc pour les clients et, si nécessaire, leur présenter ces rapports. - Maintenir et générer des rapports de réduction de coûts. - Transférer les commandes reçues par courrier ou courriel pour leur traitement. - Vérifier et localiser de nouvelles opportunités en utilisant les sites Web et les bases de données des clients, si requis. - Aider et soutenir les succursales en ce qui concerne les programmes de réductions des coûts et les remises sur le volume, au besoin. - Assurer le suivi des nouveaux contrats avec SharePoint et des étapes appropriées de mise en œuvre, le cas échéant. - Mettre en œuvre et surveiller les projets spéciaux. - Effectuer diverses tâches supplémentaires, au besoin. Qualifications - Diplôme d’études collégiales dans un domaine connexe. - 3 à 5 années d'expérience de travail. - Expérience dans la connaissance des produits, la vente à l’interne, la distribution industrielle. - Connaissance de Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Cognos d’IBM et de SharePoint.
