• Build, refine, and pressure test integrated pro forma financial models • Conduct detailed valuation analyses using multiple valuation frameworks • Analyze historical financial statements, quality of earnings, and forecasts • Develop sensitivity analyses across key assumptions • Perform accretion/dilution analyses • Identify, analyze, and scope synergy opportunities • Organize, intake, and conduct initial analysis of diligence materials • Prepare internal presentations and materials for discussions • Benchmark market comparables and analyze industry trends

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Current MBA student or recent MBA graduate at a top-tier program
  • Prior experience in investment banking or corporate finance/development
  • Proven ability to independently build and operate complex financial models
  • Strong accounting knowledge; cross-border (including IFRS) experience preferred but not required
