Data Integration Analyst II
The Renaissance Network, Inc.
• Serve as the dedicated Data Integration Analyst for all assigned customers, acting as their primary point of contact for integration services • Deliver responsive troubleshooting and resolution when customers encounter data integration challenges • Proactively monitor systems to ensure integrations operate according to schedule, addressing issues before they impact educational activities • Conduct strategic check-in sessions with customers to identify upcoming system changes and develop forward-looking integration plans • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Renaissance products, including specific rostering requirements and reporting data structures • Stay current on platform developments through ongoing training and deployment update reviews • Translate customer needs into well-defined technical requirements for internal teams • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of customer integration solutions
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant technical area or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience, including Renaissance customer service, support, and/or training
- Preferred: Experience with education industry
- Knowledge of data integration methods, SIS Software Vendors and data providers (i.e. Clever)
- Fundamental SQL skills for basic data querying
- Knowledge of data security best practices
- Proficiency with Excel

• Serve as the first point of contact for deal requests, ensuring complete inputs and clear requirements. • Lead cross-functional deal reviews with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps. • Maintain accurate deal documentation, approval context, and follow-through across the lifecycle. • Partner with Sales early to shape pricing strategy and commercial structure. • Support partner and channel deal structures aligned with program rules and margin expectations. • Advise on SaaS deal mechanics including multi-year terms, ramps, co-terms, migrations, and consolidations. • Evaluate commercial risk, precedent, and downstream operational impact to recommend balanced deal structures. • Review pricing, discounting, contract terms, billing cadence, and escalators. • Partner with Finance and Legal to assess commercial and contractual risk. • Ensure deal structures align with financial metrics (ACV, ARR, MRR, TCV) and revenue recognition policies. • Manage approval workflows and escalate complex deals with clear analysis and recommendations. • Enforce pricing policies, approval matrices, and commercial guardrails. • Ensure non-standard deals follow documented exception processes. • Identify recurring exceptions and partner with RevOps to improve policies, workflows, and systems. • Act as a trusted advisor to sellers on pricing strategy, packaging, and commercial positioning. • Guide tradeoffs and concessions while protecting company interests. • Help sellers understand what’s approvable, what requires escalation, and how to structure deals efficiently. • Use CRM, contract, pricing, and financial data to inform deal decisions. • Ensure CRM/CPQ data accuracy to support reporting, audit readiness, and downstream processes. • Build, configure, and validate quotes for new business, renewals, expansions, and complex deal scenarios. • Partner with sellers on product configuration, pricing, and commercial terms. • Prepare complete, compliant booking packages and ensure smooth handoff to Order Management and Billing. • Validate quote accuracy to reduce downstream corrections. • Track and analyze Deal Desk KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Correction of plan level and member enrollment audits/issues to ensure data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools • Complete corrections in response to mismatches identified • Research and resolve root cause issues from Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Generalist (Tier 1 Staff) • Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests related to member-level eligibility • Make corrections into BenAdmin system to ensure that members are reflecting how they are enrolled with the carrier • Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures, and protocols • Provide feedback and guidance to business stakeholders based on audit/issue discoveries • Serve as the single point of contact for resolution lifecycle • Ensure the protection and security of a consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner, according to HIPAA standards • Meet or exceed department goals as defined • Complete other duties and projects as assigned
