Role Description We are seeking a Project Manager with strong product management experience to drive execution of an established product roadmap for internal operations tools. This role partners closely with a Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact internal products that improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations. This role also serves as a Scrum leader, ensuring agile best practices are followed and delivery stays on track. Key Responsibilities - Project & Delivery Management - Own end-to-end execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Translate roadmap initiatives into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables. - Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively drive resolution. - Track progress, communicate status, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. - Product Collaboration - Partner with the Senior Product Manager to refine requirements and priorities. - Contribute to backlog grooming, user story development, and acceptance criteria. - Ensure delivered features align with intended business outcomes and user needs. - Act as a bridge between operations, product, and engineering teams. - Scrum Leadership - Serve as Scrum leader for one or more agile teams. - Facilitate core agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). - Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement. - Remove impediments and support team productivity and focus. - Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with operations teams to understand workflows and validate solutions. - Communicate progress, changes, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and consistently. - Gather feedback and incorporate it into iterative delivery cycles.
