• Design and maintain automated dashboards for key metrics reporting across Talent Acquisition • Extract insights that will have the biggest impact • Share a narrative that complements the data • Segment large data sets and extract data from data warehouses using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other business intelligence tools • Manipulate and combine data sets coming from disparate data sources using data transformation tools such as Alteryx, SAS, Power Query, Data Bricks, etc. • Analyze data according to appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods • Partner with TA program teams as the subject matter expert for all things TA data • Gather, compile, and validate supporting data for operational metric reporting • Provide commentary around insights and trends that drive business performance • Continually evaluate and refine analytical approaches, processes, tools, and operations • Partner with stakeholders in the business and the broader team to build empathy around Talent Acquisition customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related work experience – finance, people analytics, or related field
- Must have experience with/building in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and Amazon QuickSight
- Experience in Data Visualization tools
- Expert Excel data modeling and analysis skills
- Must have experience working with large data sets/data warehousing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, analytical thinking style with a love of solving problems
- Passion for creating intuitive data visualizations

Role Description The Estimator – Data Center Operations supports the preparation, analysis, and development of project cost estimates for data center infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a technical mindset who want to grow within data center construction, structured cabling, and mission-critical operations. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and vendors to ensure accurate and competitive estimates that support successful project delivery and profitability. Position Details: - Exempt Salaried position based upon experience; weekly salary broken down hourly for invoicing purposes only. - Contract with possible contract extension or hire. - Standard work hours: Must be flexible, varies upon project demands. - Location: Remote - near Plano, TX. - Travel - up to 15% (mainly to Plano HQ).
