Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in Business Analysis and/or Product Management to lead strategic business initiatives. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects focused on analyzing, planning, implementing, and automating business processes. The ideal candidate combines project management expertise with analytical skills to drive business process improvements at both departmental and company levels. - Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across different departments, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - Own end-to-end project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. - Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and business processes to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into actionable project requirements. - Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - gathering requirements, reporting progress, presenting results, and managing expectations. - Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement during implementation. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions. Qualifications - 4+ years of proven project management experience. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager. - Proven experience in managing digital and operational business process improvement projects. - Hands-on experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization with a proven track record of implementing improvements directly into products or operational processes. - Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. - Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level). - Experience implementing AI into products and/or business processes with measurable results is a plus. - Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.) is a plus. Role Description The Project Manager I leads assigned projects or significant workstreams within large, complex initiatives from initiation through closeout. This role serves as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, driving planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives, contractual commitments, and client expectations. The PM I operates with increasing independence, applying sound project management judgment, fostering stakeholder relationships, and contributing to Essex’s culture of continuous improvement through awareness of industry trends and emerging methodologies.
