Adaptive Teams
• Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S.-based local businesses daily • Identify and engage decision-makers through cold outreach (calls + LinkedIn / social DMs) • Clearly communicate a digital / AI product offering and generate interest • Book qualified meetings / demos for the team • Follow up consistently across channels (calls, email, social) • Keep CRM updated with all activities and pipeline progress • Work toward daily / weekly outreach and booking targets
Job Requirements
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales (ideally both)
- Proven background in cold outreach (calls + messages)
- Comfortable making high daily call volume (50+ calls/day)
- Experience selling intangible or complex products (SaaS, AI, marketing services, etc.)
- Strong spoken English (clear, confident, and professional)
- Experience using social media as a sales channel (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Disciplined with follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and CRM usage
- Results-driven mindset with strong consistency and accountability
