Compensation Information Compensation Range: $160,000-$200,000. The range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations. We’re not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo ❤️ What you’ll be working on: - The Analytics Engineering team is responsible for building downstream data models from backend services. - Support the building of robust data models downstream of backend services (mostly in BigQuery) that support internal reporting, machine learning as well as financial and regulatory use cases. - Focus on optimisation of our Data Warehouse, spotting opportunities to reduce complexity and cost. - Help define and manage best practices for our Data Warehouse, including payload design of source data, logical data modelling, implementation, metadata and testing standards. - Set standards and ways of working with data across Monzo, working collaboratively with others. - Investigate and effectively work with colleagues from other disciplines to monitor and improve data quality within the warehouse. - Contribute to prioritisation of data governance issues. - On call support out of hours will be expected from time to time as part of this role.
