Deine Aufgaben - Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden im 1st und 2nd Level Support rund um unsere ECM-Lösungen. - Du analysierst Anfragen, findest Lösungen selbstständig oder steuerst Themen strukturiert in den 2nd Level. - Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Regelbetrieb, hältst Systeme stabil und erkennst Optimierungspotenziale frühzeitig. - Du arbeitest aktiv am Ausbau unseres Monitorings mit und hilfst, Probleme zu erkennen, bevor sie entstehen. - Wenn du möchtest, unterstützt du im Change- und Projektumfeld und bekommst Einblicke über den klassischen Support hinaus. Qualifications - Freude am IT-Support und am Umgang mit Kunden. - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Erste Erfahrung im 1st- und/oder 2nd-Level-Support von Softwarelösungen. - Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise. - Grundkenntnisse in Datenbanken (z. B.
