Regional Sales Manager – Western Region

• Maintain current and generate new sales with the goal of building long term customer relationships • Act as primary relationship contact with PE/Axon customers and partners • Collaborate with project managers, engineering, sales & marketing staffs and service support personnel • Manage the relationship with existing accounts, partners and independent agents within the assigned territory • Identify and develop new customers and commercial opportunities • Work as a liaison between the customer and engineering to develop the best project solutions • Provide the customer with product line technical and commercial information necessary to obtain a purchase order • Ensure all pertinent and required information is complete to initiate order fulfillment • Participate in company trade shows • Prepare sales forecasts; maintain sales records and reports in accordance with company policy • Assist in development of product promotional materials
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years' experience selling packaging machinery or similar industry
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM's, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to travel up to 75%

Role Description As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving membership growth through the management of traditional insurance sales channels, as well as the pursuit of innovative sales strategies. You will report into a Director, Sales. - Driving the broker strategy, ensuring insurance brokers across our coverage area have the information and tools to effectively understand and sell our product. - Iterating on ideas to drive buzz at a local level and create partnerships with local organizations. Work Location: This is a remote position based in the field, open to candidates who reside in Tennessee. Your daily work will involve a blend of work from your home office and frequent travel for client meetings. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $96,876.00 - $127,149.75 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and sales commissions.
