JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Infrastructure Services Manager, the Technical Team Lead serves as the chief engineer and architect for Stamford Hospital's voice and network infrastructure environment. This role involves planning, designing, implementing, and supporting all network services and technologies, including the organization’s telephony and network systems, routing and switching equipment, Internet services, remote access solutions, and perimeter network security services.
