Wir wachsen stark und suchen nun ein kreatives Kommunikationstalent, das unsere Story nach außen trägt und uns mit den größten Creator-Agenturen Deutschlands vernetzt. - B2B Outreach & Networking: - Identifizierung der spannendsten Creator-Brands und deren Management-Agenturen. - Entwicklung kreativer Wege (z.B. über LinkedIn, DMs oder unsere physischen "Trojanisches Pferd"-Boxen), um mit den Entscheidern ins Gespräch zu kommen und Leads zu generieren. - Social Media Aufbau (TikTok, IG, LinkedIn): - Filmen von Behind-the-Scenes-Content bei großen Drops. - Kreation von "ASMR-Packing"-Videos für TikTok und Reels. - Demonstration von professionellem Fulfillment für junge E-Commerce-Gründer. - Community & Trend-Scouting: - Beobachtung des Marktes und Identifizierung von Chancen. - Proaktive Ansprache von Influencern und Brands. Qualifications - Eingeschriebene/r Student/in (idealerweise in den Bereichen Medien, Kommunikation, Marketing, BWL oder E-Commerce). - "Digital Native", Verständnis der Creator-Economy und der Funktionsweise von Agenturen und Influencern. - Ein Auge für Ästhetik und die Fähigkeit, selbst die Kamera in die Hand zu nehmen. - Kommunikationsstark und keine Scheu, fremde Menschen/Agenturen (digital) anzusprechen. - Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Lust, ein eigenes "Marketing-Imperium" aufzubauen. Role Description You will be responsible for commercial agreements and partnerships with key Media Platforms and partners. The role is heavy partnership and business development, embedding Circana media solutions and data offerings to improve platforms’ demonstrable media effectiveness and efficiencies for their end clients and users.
