Job Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of billing and accounts receivable in a health care environment, 2+ years required
  • Previous management experience leading teams
  • Experience managing remote employees
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Experience in managing Medicare, Medicaid, and Third-Party billing
  • Urgent Care or Telehealth experience helpful
  • Experience holding responsibility for an Aged Trial Balance (ATB) or Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate appropriately
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • Excellent written communications and organizational skills

Role Description The Manager, Accounts Receivable will support the designated leadership team in Revenue Cycle in the selection, direction, and development of Accounts Receivable department team members, and will report to the Director, Revenue Cycle. Role Description Wheels Up is looking for an AP & AR Coordinator to report to the Sr. Manager of AP Shared Services. In this role, you will support Accounts Receivable and Payable functions by processing daily invoices and credit memos, managing vendor relations and statements, and assisting with various departmental tasks as needed. Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions) - 70% - Accounts Receivable - Communication: Manage the AR mailbox, ensuring all inquiries receive a response within one hour. - Invoicing: Generate and distribute customer invoices and credit memos to brokers. - Payment Tracking: Record daily incoming wires on the customer payment tracker and process credit card payments via Clover. - NetSuite Management: Review and post FET bills and accurately apply customer payments to invoices in NetSuite. - Collections: Distribute AR Aging statements to brokers to ensure timely payments. - Compliance & Month-End: Complete month-end tasks assigned and support internal/external audits for Shared Services. - 30% - Accounts Payable - Mailbox Support: Assist in monitoring the AP mailbox and provide backup coverage for other AP roles as needed. - Invoice Processing: Ensure all invoices and credit memos are accurately coded, approved, and entered into the system daily. - PO Matching: Execute 2-way matching of invoices with purchase orders within NetSuite. - Vendor Relations: Communicate directly with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies or statement issues. - Special Projects: Support Shared Services audits and execute special projects or additional duties as assigned by management.
