Role Description The Sr. Director of Marketing: Lifestyle Marketer for Growth is a senior creative and strategic marketing leader responsible for building and amplifying the GCG brands across all consumer touchpoints. This role goes beyond traditional marketing — it requires someone who lives the lifestyle our brands represent and can translate that authenticity into campaigns, content, and community that drive real growth. This individual will own brand strategy, content creation, digital and social marketing, influencer partnerships, and campaign execution across the Growth Catalyst portfolio. They will be equally comfortable crafting a high-level brand narrative and rolling up their sleeves to produce content that resonates.
